HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through this lab, students assume the role of an early level employee of a new age enterprise. They collaborate with teams, make strategic decision, solve problems, pitch to clients, impress tough bosses, deal with unique personalities, network, build product ideas and even navigate complex office politics. Like in real life employee training, even in the simulation students will learn from real world experts. As the students make decisions, communicate and navigate their journey into the future of work – we “observe” them to generate a unique ‘workplace intelligent profile’ which is an assessment report on parameters such as creative problem solving, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, storytelling and entrepreneurial mindset.
We also observe behavioural parameters such as ‘always takes feedback’, does not give into immediate temptation’, ‘solution oriented mindset’ and ‘curious’. This method of assessment is pathbreaking as it is based on cumulative observation, multiple situations and over various contexts. The conclusions are drawn over a period of time to ensure precision as compared to 1 time standard psychometric tests. This report provides graduates with a unique advantage in the hiring process.
